IT Operation Specialist
Join Autoliv as IT Operation Specialist to keep critical IT services stable and secure. Working with other IT members from several teams and countries as a one-IT team

In this role you will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of the IT operation within organization.
Should you be interested in overseeing these tasks and aiming for enhanced performance standards, your role will involve:
Qualifications
Must be fluent in English (written and spoken)
Minimum 2 years experiences in IT infrastructure or IT Operations
Have knowledge in IT Infrastructure, including but not limited to Network Solution (LAN, Wi-fi), Server, and IT Hardware (CCTV, PC/Laptop, Telephone, Access Door, etc.).
Familiar with firewalls, routing, switching, and other system policies.
Have knowledge of networking, servers, virtualization (e.g., VMWare) and experience with monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds)
Understand about ISO 27001 will be an advantage
Able to manage project/request from another department
Qualifications
Being the first-level support and working with the AAS service delivery (through ServiceNet) on any requests or issues related to company computers, local servers, network, infrastructure, and other IT devices and equipment under the supervision of the IT (e.g., Printer, CCTV, Telephone, Access Door, etc.)
Installing operating systems or other software on company computers, including updating existing software and backing up data
Monitoring computer networks for signs of a hacker attack, system failure, bandwidth capacity, utilization, or batch processing failure
Performing general maintenance tasks such as updating software, virus scanning, server room monitoring, and server monitoring
Coordinating with other departments to resolve problems in their area of expertise
Providing technical support for new technology products, infrastructure projects, or software implementations until they are released to the public or production
Researching emerging technologies and recommending the most promising solutions to management
Achieving a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent professional support
Working with other IT members from several teams and countries as a one-IT team
Other jobs as the direct superior may assign (e.g., daily/weekly status report, special assignment, special projects, IT procedure review & follow up).
General assignment required by Local Management and AAS Management.
